I have been using Nurse bank for over twelve months now. During this time I have found the staff to be very helpful and professional, both in the office and when on call at weekends. Shifts are covered at very short notice with every attempt made to send the same staff if possible for continuity. Staff who attend are always smartly presented and polite.
Their time keeping is excellent and they always arrive before the due time of the shift. I have been so impressed with the staff that I have explored doing temp to perm with some of the staff employees. The support we had during a Covid Pandemic was excellent. I would highly recommend the company to other home managers, and have recommended within the company.

We have been using Nursebank Solutions since Nov/Dec, we had exhausted all other agencies and no one was able to provide for us. Nursebank came through with every shift and continue to do so. We use them mainly for our Nurse cover and every shift is fulfilled, communication is excellent and we are always updated with changes.
The staff are very friendly and always happy to help, if I have any queries they are able to answer these quickly. The staff that are sent are brilliant and of a very high quality which for a home of our size is very important to us
